By Stephen Hawking and Leonard Mlodinow

Well, I thought I was ready for a cerebral read, but boy was I wrong. I am sorry to disappoint, but I got myself so muddled that I had to put this one down. It had nothing to do with Hawking or Mlodinow's writing. Their text was clear and concise, but the subject matter and my inability to wrap my head around it was to blame.
One final tidbit taken from my Pinterest Board:

I don't necessarily believe in a Grand Unified Theory, or understand the basics of string theory, so I will have to return to this one when I am in a smartypants mood. They do explain the basics and do so well, and if you are a physics junkie in need of a fix- I recommend you read this one right away.
On a positive note, I can now spell Mlodinow without looking it up.
